Contents Education & Training Inclusion Coach

The participants learn:

  • selected forms of disability and their specific challenges.

  • design and implement the daily training routine. Specifically, this includes:

    • Defining realistic seasonal goals, preparing individual training sessions and ensuring a safe environment.

    • Conducting a variety of training sessions according to the performance of the team and the individual players.

    • Ensuring a positive dynamic in the team and integrating all players and assistants.


This competence-oriented education is to a large extent geared to the everyday tasks of a coach - on and off the football pitch. The necessary theoretical knowledge is acquired in conjunction with practical experience. The football pitch is the place where the practice is experienced and reflected upon together.
