Today is the kick-off at the HPZ!
Many familiar and new faces will come together to take part in our sports and football project, KICKEN MIT HERZ "sports and football activities for children and young people with disabilities at the curative education centre (HPZ) in Schaan."
For 5 years now, we have been offering 15-20 children with disabilities the opportunity to take part in sporting activities once a week and at the same time develop important social skills such as teamwork, fair play and respect. It's about much more than just football - the project strengthens the children's personal development and promotes a strong sense of togetherness.
Inclusion is increasingly becoming a key issue in politics and society. Our weekly sports and football project makes a valuable contribution to breaking down barriers and giving participants the opportunity to participate more confidently in social life. The collaboration with the HPZ has not only had a positive impact on the children, but also on the school and those responsible for it, which confirms the great interest in continuing the project.
In order to promote the impact of the programme in an even more targeted manner and make the results measurable, the FOOTBALL IS MORE foundation will involve scientific monitoring. In this way, we want to ensure that the long-term goals of the project - the individual development of the participants and the promotion of a more inclusive society - are achieved in the long term.
A big thank you to the HPZ for the great cooperation and the continuous support of this valuable project! We are looking forward to another year full of fun, joy and unforgettable moments.
