Physical Disabilities

This group of people includes people who, as a result of damage to the musculoskeletal system, organic damage or a chronic illness, are so impaired in their ability to move that it is difficult for them to participate appropriately in social life. The range is wide and extends from people who are unable to make any purposeful movements to those who, at first glance, are hardly recognisably limited in their motor skills.

But what do I need to know about the different disabilities of my players when running an inclusive training session?

You can find out more about this topic in our coach training course.
