MEET CARLOS

Meet Carlos Lima Fuentes, our newest Board Member.

Born and raised in Lucerne, Carlos fell in love with sport early. He became a multiple Swiss champion in triple jump before switching to handball – where he won national titles with Borba Lucerne and TV Suhr, then championships abroad with Ademar León (Spain) and TBV Lemgo (Germany).

He represented Switzerland at World and European Championships. And at the Olympic Games, where he earned an Olympic diploma.

After graduating from ETH Zurich in sports science and business administration, Carlos built a career bridging elite sport and business. Today, he is a multilingual entrepreneur, coach, and consultant – guiding companies, athletes, and organisations toward success.

Now, he has joined the FIM-Family as a Board Member.
