Inclusion Tournament at the Special Adventure Day in the Sensebezirk

The Special Adventure Day in the Sensebezirk was far more than just a sports event. It was a day of experiential learning on which children and young people with and without disabilities came together, learned from one another and showed that sport can build bridges.

In the morning, FOOTBALL IS MORE gave its educational and awareness talk on the subject of inclusion. After a shared lunch, a multi-sport afternoon followed at the grounds of FC Wünnewil-Flamatt, together with an inclusive football tournament in mixed teams that makes equal opportunity and diversity something you can actively experience.

At the centre were values such as respect, fairness, team spirit, joy and community. Everyone should be valued regardless of background, ability or limitation, and be able to develop their football talent.
